By downloading, accessing, or using SPRIPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

By accessing or using SPRIPT, you confirm that:

• You comply with the terms, policies, and age requirements of any third-party services you use with SPRIPT, such as YouTube Live
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You have read and understood our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Policy
• You accept responsibility for how you use SPRIPT in your broadcasts and productions

MJC Training Trust grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SPRIPT for your personal or professional broadcast and production purposes.

The free version of SPRIPT may be used without payment subject to these Terms. If you purchase a Pro upgrade, your license to Pro features remains valid for as long as your subscription or purchase terms allow and your account remains in good standing. You may use SPRIPT through your own account only.

SPRIPT offers a free tier with core features at no charge. An optional Pro upgrade may be available with additional features. Details of Pro features, pricing, and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase or upgrade.

If you subscribe to Pro, your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information where applicable. Price changes will be communicated in advance where required.

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time using the account or billing tools provided when you purchase, or through contact details published on this website when available.

When you cancel a subscription:

• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated at purchase
• No further subscription charges will be made to your payment method
• Your access to Pro features will end at the end of the paid period
• Refund terms, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase

The free version of SPRIPT remains available without a subscription.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, distribute, or sublicense SPRIPT to any third party except as expressly permitted by these Terms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of SPRIPT, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Use SPRIPT for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access a paid subscription under your account
• Use SPRIPT to harass, defame, or display unlawful content in your broadcasts
• Claim SPRIPT software, branding, or materials as your own or misrepresent your relationship with MJC Training Trust

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and access without refund where permitted by law.

SPRIPT, including all associated software, documentation, branding, and materials, is the intellectual property of MJC Training Trust and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by MJC Training Trust.

You retain ownership of your own broadcast content. SPRIPT does not claim ownership of comments or other content you choose to display from third-party platforms such as YouTube.

SPRIPT is a tool for displaying live audience comments and graphics in your production workflow. It is not:

• A substitute for your own editorial judgement about what to put on air
• A guarantee of compliance with YouTube, platform, or broadcaster policies
• Responsible for the content of comments or messages originating from third-party services

You are solely responsible for the content you choose to display, your compliance with applicable laws and platform terms (including YouTube's terms and community guidelines), and your broadcast and production decisions.

SPRIPT is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data from third-party services
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

While we strive to ensure SPRIPT functions correctly with supported hardware and services, we do not warrant that it will be free from bugs, errors, or technical issues. We rely on third-party services (such as YouTube, hardware vendors, and hosting infrastructure) which may experience interruptions beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJC Training Trust, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SPRIPT
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in third-party services or data feeds
• Content displayed in your broadcasts or any reliance on information shown through SPRIPT
• Compatibility issues with hardware, software, or platforms not supported at the time of use

In no event shall MJC Training Trust's total liability exceed the amount you paid for SPRIPT or Pro features in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you used only the free tier.

By using SPRIPT, you acknowledge that live production involves technical dependencies and that you accept responsibility for your broadcast and production outcomes.

SPRIPT integrates with or depends on third-party services and hardware, including YouTube Live, ATEM Mini, RØDECaster Video, and other platforms or vendors. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party terms of service, availability, or functionality
• Accuracy, delays, or interruptions in third-party data or APIs
• Changes to third-party platforms or services that affect SPRIPT

You are responsible for maintaining any accounts required by those third parties and for complying with their terms.

We may update, modify, or improve SPRIPT at any time. Updates to the application may be delivered automatically or through download. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via this website or other reasonable means. Continued use of SPRIPT after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SPRIPT or Pro features if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment method fails or is declined for a Pro subscription
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour
• You share or resell access to SPRIPT in violation of these Terms

Termination for violation of these Terms may result in forfeiture of access without refund where permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SPRIPT shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if negotiation fails, binding arbitration or mediation in the United Kingdom, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration where such waiver is permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MJC Training Trust regarding SPRIPT.
